2023 Junior/Senior Prom
Glenbrook North High School's Junior Class Board is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated 2023 Junior/Senior Prom, scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 20, from 7-11 pm at the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort (10 Marriott Drive in Lincolnshire, Illinois, 60069).
This year's prom is sure to be an unforgettable event that will include dinner and dancing with music provided by Bizar Entertainment. Prom-goers can enjoy a delicious meal featuring a traditional salad, lemon herb-crusted chicken, Yukon Gold potatoes, and broccolini, followed by vanilla cheesecake with berry sauce for dessert.
GBN administrators, staff, and a police liaison chaperone the event to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. The GBN administration expects all students to uphold the tenets of the Class Act and be respectful of each other throughout the event.
To attend this year's prom, tickets must be purchased in advance for $90 per person. The tickets will be available for purchase in the GBN bookstore from Monday, April 24, through Wednesday, May 3, 2023. A current student ID is required to purchase a ticket.
For students attending with a date, the student purchasing the ticket must present both students’ IDs. If the guest is an underclassman or a student attending another school, the Dean's Office must sign and approve permission slips before purchasing a ticket. No dates over the age of 20 are allowed.
For students with food allergies or dietary restrictions, accommodations can be made. Please email Mrs. Stefanie Basford at sbasford@glenbrook225.org by Monday, May 1 with your specific requirements. No accommodations will be possible after May 1.
Students are requested to arrive promptly at 7 p.m. and dinner will begin at 7:30 p.m. Once students leave the Marriott, they will not be allowed to re-enter. Due to safety and security concerns, students cannot bring bags into the venue, nor will they be able to have parents bring bags at the end of the event. If students need to change after prom, this needs to occur at a location off of hotel grounds.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2023 Glenbrook North Junior/Senior Prom, a night that is sure to be filled with memorable moments and unforgettable experiences. Please contact Mrs. Stefanie Basford by email at sbasford@glenbrook225.org or by phone at (847) 509-2555 if you have any questions or concerns.
