Homecoming
2023 Dance is Saturday, September 23, at GBN
- Frosh/Sophs: 6-7:30 p.m. - All attendees will need to be in the dance by 6:30 p.m. and must stay until 7:30 p.m.
- Jr's/Sr's: 8:30-10 p.m. - All attendees will need to be in the dance by 9 p.m. and must remain until 10 p.m.
For over 50 years, Glenbrook North has celebrated its four “A’s” - Academics, Activities, Arts and Athletics. Our clubs and organizations complement student life and help to make GBN a special place. We are constantly looking for new ideas and ways to get students and the community involved in our activities so they can experience the pride and loyalty of Glenbrook North High School. Research overwhelmingly demonstrates the value of student involvement in extra-curricular activities.

Ticket Sales
On Sale September 6-20, 2023
- $20 with an Activity Pass
- $25 without an Activity Pass & for guests
- $40/person CASH at the door
- You must present a 23-24 school ID when you purchase your ticket in the bookstore.
- One guest is allowed per GBN student and all guests must have a guest form filled out from our Dean's Office. No guests over the age of 20 are allowed.
Paint the Town

3:45-6 p.m.
Students, join your clubs and/or athletic teams while they paint town windows to celebrate Homecoming Week.
Homecoming Dress-Up Days
September 18-22, 2023
- Monday, September 18: Music Monday - Celebrate your favorite decade by sporting your favorite band or artist wear.
- Tuesday, September 19: Tie Dye Tuesday - Wear any tie-dye or bright-colored clothing to celebrate the 60s, 70s, and 80s.
- Wednesday, September 20: Grunge Wednesday - Dress in denim and/or flannel to sport your 90s grunge.
- Thursday, September 21: Adam Sandler Thursday - Suit up in your best oversized clothing!
- Friday, September 22: Green and Gold Friday - Get spirited and show your best Spartan Pride.
