New Club Application

The Glenbrooks are proud to offer students a wide range of opportunities to explore their interests, develop leadership skills, and make meaningful contributions to our school community. Beyond the classroom, student clubs play a vital role in fostering belonging, building relationships, and bringing our District’s mission and core values to life.

This packet has been designed to guide students and staff sponsors through the process of proposing a new club. Inside, you will find clear guidelines, expectations, and requirements, as well as the application materials needed to begin the approval process. We encourage all applicants to thoughtfully consider how their proposal will enrich the student experience, align with our mission, and reflect the values of excellence, belonging, respect, responsibility, and well-being.

By engaging in this process, students have the opportunity not only to create new avenues of involvement for their peers but also to leave a lasting impact on the school community.  We look forward to reviewing your ideas and supporting you in bringing them to life.

The deadline to submit an application is November 2, 2026 at 3:30 p.m.
