Friday, April 25, 2025 - Green Day
- Attention Seniors: Reserve your spot for the Senior Breakfast through May 7th via e-Funds or in the bookstore. Join your fellow graduates on Friday, May 30th, at 9:45 a.m. in the Main Gym for breakfast between the graduation rehearsals.
- Tickets for this year's Glenbrook Musical, Chicago, are on sale. Reserved seat tickets are $17 and can be purchased online through cur8.com. Performances will be held in the Watson Auditorium at GBS on April 30th and May 1st through 3rd at 7 p.m.
- Tickets for this year's Spring Play, Alice@Wonderland, are on sale! General admission tickets are $10 and can be purchased at cur8.com. Students with an activity pass can receive one complimentary ticket to a single performance by visiting the Student Activities Office. Performances will be held at the Sheely Center for the Performing Arts at Glenbrook North on April 25th and 26th at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 26th at 2 p.m.
- Dancers interested in trying out for the 2025-2026 Poms and/or Orchesis teams should scan the QR code on the flyers on the screens around the building by Monday, April 28th at 5:00 pm. You will then be emailed on Wednesday, April 30th, with an assigned timeslot for your audition. Auditions will be held the week of May 5th.
- Happy Pride Assembly Day!!! Come join us later today to celebrate our school’s accomplishments, play exciting games, win some prizes, and see who is elected for the 25-26 S.A. Board! See you there!!!
- Anyone who likes to dance - join us for this week's Groove club on Friday, April 25th at 3:30. Meet right outside the dance studio. No experience necessary. Just come get groovy with us.
- In less than 4 hours, the 30th Annual GBN RADIOTHON: Benefiting The Lou Malnati Cancer Research Foundation kicks off! Students will be hosting shows LIVE today from Noon - Midnight on WGBK 88.5 FM. You're invited to stop by the broadcast anytime after school to get a $1 raffle ticket. You can also win great prizes by following on Instagram @GBN_RADIO
- There will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in playing field hockey in the fall. The meeting will be on Tuesday, May 6th, at 3:30 in the Little Theatre.

- Embrace your inner nerd at sci-fi club; sci-fi club will be having its first meeting today, Thursday, April 24th, from 3:30-4:30 pm. Meet in room A217, where we will be discussing sci-fi trivia and future sci-fi club meeting topics.

The fashion industry produces over 100 billion garments a year, and 87% of these will end up in a landfill or an incinerator (approximately 40 million tons), with only 1% recycled.
