Academic Information and Reporting
Glenbrook North is on a block schedule; 4 - 90 minute classes rotating every other day for a total of 8 class periods
Traditional calendar: 2 semesters, fall semester ending in late January, spring semester ending in early June; Summer school available mostly for credit recovery.
Glenbrook Scholars designation is awarded to those students who have earned a weighted GPA of 4.500 or higher at the end of the 7th semester.
Honor Roll designation is per semester when a student earns a 3.300 of higher
National Honors Society recognition to those students who met the minimum qualifications of a 3.500 GPA at the end of the 5th semester; additional application is required.
